I am delighted to report that 2015 was a record year for the sale of land and farms throughout Cornwall and along the Devon Cornwall borders for Stags. We put this down mainly, to an increase in market share, rather than an increase in the supply across the region. Interestingly we and other local agents do not appear to being valuing any more land or farms than would be expected at this time of year, unlike the slight increase in supply seen nationally.
