Stags Farm Agency have recently launched 75.19 acres of former golf course in Newton St Cyres, Crediton.
The land sits in a strong farming area to the north of Newton St Cyres and comprises level and gently sloping south-facing Grade 1 and 2 land with pockets of trees and a lake. Totalling 75.19 acres, the land offers the opportunity for a range of rural diversification uses, utilising the current pockets of wood around the course. Alternatively, the land could be used for recreation with the current landscaped ground or returned to agriculture (STP).
George Alder of Stags Farm Agency comments “it’s very rare for land of this quality in this area to come to the market. The land offers excellent potential for a wide range of rural diversification, agricultural production or even environmental uses such as carbon offsetting.”
The land is being offered for sale as a whole with a guide price of £700,000.
