When buying a home, it’s important to remember a mortgage lender’s valuation is not a condition survey. It merely tells your lender whether or not the property is reasonable security for their loan.

A RICS survey will inform you about the condition of the property, highlighting specific risks and potential problems before an exchange of contracts takes place.

Stags offer two types of RICS-approved property surveys throughout Cornwall and Devon which are detailed below. These will be carried out by experienced qualified Chartered Surveyors who have been conducting surveys and valuations of properties throughout the West Country for many years.
