Stamp Duty Holiday: What is it and how will effect buying property?

These rates apply whether you are buying your first home or have owned property before. This Stamp Duty ‘holiday’ came into effect from 8 July 2020 until 31st March 2021 and could represent a saving of almost £15,000 for a property bought for £500,000. Countryside Stewardship Scheme - COVID-19 Exceptions Process

The CAAV have announced that the RPA are introducing a COVID-19 Exceptions Process meaning applications for the CSS mid-tier scheme can be submitted up to 31st August 2020 provided that the RPA are given prior notification that the application is not going to be submitted by the 31st July 2020 deadline due to COVID-19 related issues.
