A uniquely situated residential farm in the heart of Dartmoor National Park has recently been sold through Stags Farm Agency.

Scorriton Down Farm is situated in a unique setting, just outside the popular village of Scorriton with direct access onto the open moor. The farm itself comprises of a modern farmhouse with a useful range of farm buildings and 61.09 acres (24.72 hectares). The farm was offered for sale as a whole with a guide price of £1,350,000.

The farm came to the market at the end of the summer 2021 and received substantial interest with over 35 viewings, eventually agreeing a sale to a young couple from Bath.
