The land comprises of a gently sloping block of south-facing pasture land divided into 3 enclosures, served via a natural water source. The productive well positioned land received a great deal of interest from a number of farming and lifestyle buyers.
The land was launched to the market in early December 2020 and instantly received a number of offers. Stags recommended it to go to best offers to draw out the best offer and bring the sale to a close. A sale was agreed the following week, 20% above the guide price and the land exchanged and completed just over a month later at the end of January 2021. One of our quickest of the year.
