The property has been under the current ownership since 1997.

The property offers good sized and versatile accommodation with gas-fired central heating (recently replaced boiler), uPVC windows, kitchen with solid pine units, electric hob and electric double oven and two bathrooms.

Interesting character features include wood block flooring to the hall and living room, solid oak open tread stairs and an ornate fireplace to the living room.

The property also features a large garage, a detached workshop offering potential for a whole range of uses/conversion ie studio, working from home etc., and level, attractively landscaped and well stocked, private gardens.

Briefly, the accommodation extends to:

Ground floor - Entrance lobby/porch, reception hall, living room with French doors, kitchen/breakfast room, garden room/sun lounge, 4th bedroom/study, 3rd bedroom/dining room, bathroom.

First floor - Landing, large main bedroom with under-eaves storage, 2nd bedroom, bathroom/shower room.

OUTSIDE
Tuppenny is set well back from the lane and features low natural stone walls. There is a long tarmac driveway leading to an integral large garage with remote control roller doors.

The front garden comprises lawns together with raised stone borders and there is a side pedestrian gate. The rear garden is good sized, private and enjoys the open views. Adjoining paved terrace, large expanses of lawn, raised shrub beds, rose-clad pergola and mature bay tree.

Large detached concrete block and rendered workshop with power and light and adjoining garden stores.
