Before descending into Bickleigh, take the right hand turn signposted Butterleigh. Continue along this rural lane for approximately 2-3 miles until you reach the village of Butterleigh.
On entering Butterleigh, turn left and head up the hill for around half a mile, then take the first right hand turn. Continue along this lane where you will see a white house on the left named "Waygate."
Turn into the driveway and bear left, where you will find Little Cobb Cottage.
