Honiton lies less than four miles away, while the A30, approximately 1.8 miles from the property, provides excellent access to the surrounding area. The Cathedral City of Exeter is to the west, and the Regency coastal town of Sidmouth is to the south.

DESCRIPTION

From Honiton head on the A30 East towards London. Before you get to Monkton turn left to Luppitt, over the hump back bridge and follow the road around to the right. After about 1 mile, turn right and follow the lane out past Pound Farm. The land will be found on the right hand side, marked by the for sale sign.
