THE PROPERTY
33 Uplands is an attractive semi-detached older style house, pleasantly situated towards the end of a private and peaceful no-through road, in the sought after village of Walditch. It was traditionally built in the 1950s with classic brick faced elevations and a timber frame garden room was later added.

The property has been under the current ownership since 1969 and although clearly well loved and improved over the long ownership, general modernisation is now required. The house offers excellent enlargement potential to include to the side (by demolishing the garage/utility) and to the rear, or a loft conversion, subject to the usual planning consents. There is oil-fired central heating (mains gas available in the road), with a fairly recently replaced boiler and tank, and replacement uPVC sealed unit windows.

The accommodation enjoys a northeast / southwest facing aspect with views over the surrounding countryside.

Briefly extending to:

Ground floor - Entrance porch with arched double doors, reception hall, living room, dining room, garden room, kitchen, side lobby, cloakroom, utility
First floor -Landing, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, separate WC

OUTSIDE
There is a concrete and stone paved driveway leading to an attached single garage.

There is a small front garden which is crazy paved, with shrubs, side pedestrian access and rear gate. The rear garden is very large, having good sized depth, facing southwest and backing onto fields, immediately adjoining is a large paved terrace with raised beds, beyond an ornamental pond, lawns and a whole range of shrubs.
