Stags has acquired the Wellington lettings agent Beacon Lee & Ward

Stags are delighted to announce they have acquired the lettings agents Beacon Lee and Ward as of the 1st February 2025.

The business aligns perfectly with our existing office network, which includes our long-established office in Wellington, as well as adjacent offices in Taunton, Tiverton, and Honiton. We are committed to ensuring a seamless transition and services will continue uninterrupted following the completion date of 31st January."

We are delighted to confirm that the existing staff will remain employed with Stags, and Jonathan Drew will continue as a consultant during the transition period and beyond, as required”. For existing landlords and tenants it will be very much business as usual, initially working from the Mantle Street office prior to a move to the existing Stags Wellington office.
