Summer Placement Scheme
Applications for the 2026 Summer Placement Scheme are now invited. We will be holding the 2026 Summer Placement Scheme from 13th July-24th July. Applications should include your CV and cover letter and be sent to Matthew Wilcox at [email protected]. The closing date for applications is 5pm on 1st May 2026.
Early Careers Programme
Those joining our Early Careers Programme will gain a broad range of hands-on experience through their day to day work, but also as a result of time spent with other departments in the firm. This will not only be invaluable in working towards the professional exams, but will also broaden your knowledge and help establish the type of work you enjoy. We have a structured APC training programme which includes training days with others on the Early Careers Programme.
You will have a designated Supervisor and Counsellor and regular meetings with our in-house APC Assessor. Additional training will also be provided through our in house training and development team. We will pay for RICS and CAAV membership and the cost of your first APC assessment and CAAV exam. You will also be offered up to five days of study leave. It is important that, beyond the Early Careers Programme, your development and progression continues and so, soon after passing your professional exams, a development plan will be discussed with your manager.
