This role is part-time with potential to be full-time and involves liaising, mainly using the telephone, with our future clients. Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills are required. The job will initially be based in Totnes, but will then move to Plymouth. Some flexibility of location and working hours are possible.

A Property Sales Administrator is required to join our busy Wadebridge office. Following the successful merger of Michelmore Hughes and Stags in 2018, we are looking for an additional member to join the Michelmore Hughes Stags team on a part time basis. Providing administration support to rural estate managers, the Estate Administrator role will include ensuring invoices are correctly coded and paid, obtaining quotations and instructing contractors for repair works, acting as the first point of contact for tenants, drafting tenancies and licences, helping with all administration tasks and assisting with the smooth running of the business. The Team Secretary role will involve managing filing systems, handling the phones, taking dictations, raising invoices and assisting with the organisation of marketing events and publications. The successful candidate will have excellent IT, organisational and time management skills and will posses a professional manner with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels. An understanding of the rural environment and property management experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
