This role is part-time with potential to be full-time and involves liaising, mainly using the telephone, with our future clients. Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills are required. The job will initially be based in Totnes, but will then move to Plymouth. Some flexibility of location and working hours are possible.

This varied and interesting position will cover the North Cornish coast and hinterland, from Tintagel to Kilkhampton. The role will involve some weekend work and the successful candidate will possess a positive, flexible approach to the job. A clean driving licence and a reliable car are essential to the role.

Our Tavistock office is currently looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Viewing Assistant and Saturday Negotiator. The ideal candidate for this role will be friendly, polite, confident and punctual, possess good communication skills, and be open to working on a flexible basis throughout the week. Responsibilities will include scheduling and attending property viewings during the working week, with general additional responsibilities as a front-line team member on Saturdays, working both within and out of the office. Office-based duties will include fielding property enquiries by dealing with customers and clients face-to-face, by phone or by email. You should be IT-literate, well-organised and have the ability to work diligently as part of a motivated team. The role will involve working every Saturday and on an as-needed basis during the week.
