Marketing

Based in our Tiverton Office, this is a key strategic position within a leading firm of West Country estate agents and chartered surveyors.

Liaising directly with equity partners, this challenging senior role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to steer and enhance the Stags brand across a multi-channel strategy.

A thorough understanding of estate agency practice is required together with knowledge of both traditional and most importantly digital marketing mediums. You will be responsible for managing a small marketing team and expected to be both strategic and hands on. Advice and marketing services will be provided to 21 geographically diverse branches, various specialist departments, an agricultural division, a new business centre and a professional services department.

You will plan and cover campaigns end-to-end and focus on managing the inbound marketing together with lead generation. It is expected that you will oversee our successful website and social media channels, developing lead generation initiatives, liaising with our web host and proactively head a re-design project to ensure that it provides the very best interactive customer experience.

Property Sales

This role is part-time with potential to be full-time and involves liaising, mainly using the telephone, with our future clients. Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills are required. The job will initially be based in Totnes, but will then move to Plymouth. Some flexibility of location and working hours are possible.

Stags’ market-leading Holiday Complex department is looking for an experienced valuer/manager to join its thriving team in Exeter. An Office Administrator/Sales Assistant is required for our busy Torquay office. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day office administration duties, coordinating property advertising, handling telephone, email and face-to-face sales enquiries, booking viewings and valuations and assisting with sales progression.

This is a full-time role with slightly reduced hours over the winter months and some Saturdays as part of a rota.

We are looking for a candidate with or without architectural experience to assist with our varied and growing case load. This role would suit someone with an interest in property, with relevant qualifications preferred though not essential. The role would suit an experienced Rural Surveyor who is self-motivated to develop themselves and business across the region, working together with our existing team of surveyors and property offices. The main areas of work are likely to include carrying out formal valuations, rural planning, agricultural tenancies, BPS and grant applications, contract work with the Environment Agency and estate management. The role will include leading the management of a number of small estates as well as carrying out a mixture of professional work across the South Hams, working with our existing contacts and offices to develop this side of the business. The successful applicant is likely to have at least three years PQE and possibly be CAAV-qualified, although this is not a pre-requisite.
