Property Sales

A viewing assistant is required to join our busy Yeovil office. The role will involve carrying out viewings on town, country and village homes around South Somerset. No experience is required but good communication skills and your own car are essential. The successful applicant will be well presented with good local knowledge. This job will involve regular weekend work.

Following retirement, we have a vacancy for a self-motivated sales negotiator to join our team covering South East Cornwall, west South Hams and Plymouth. Excellent communication skills are required together with an ability to quickly understand our property software. The successful candidate will also have an appetite for sales and be focussed on delivering high levels of customer service. Previous experience in estate agency would be ideal, but if you’re enthusiastic and looking for a change of direction then all candidates will be considered. Stags Honiton is looking for a full-time Junior Negotiator. This is a busy and varied role that requires the successful applicant to be well-organised with the ability to cope under pressure - experience in estate agency is preferred. The role will require excellent communication and literacy skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team is essential.

The position will involve assisting with sales as a front line team member, booking viewings and obtaining feedback to pass on to clients.

You will need to be IT-literate and able to adapt to the role swiftly. This will involve some Saturday work on a rota basis. A competitive salary package is based on experience.

Our busy Truro office is looking for a Lettings Negotiator/Administrator. The successful candidate will be calm under pressure, extremely organised, able to assess situations objectively and enjoy working in a busy department. Previous experience in a busy residential lettings office is essential. The role will involve property viewings, inspections, processing emails, coordinating maintenance and repairs and general administration.

This is a full-time position, which includes working one Saturday in three from 9am to 1pm.

Stags South Molton livestock market requires someone to wash down the market after each Thursday event. The work is usually 1.5 days per week (approx. 16 hours) on Thursday afternoons and Fridays. Pay is £8.50 per hour, and other hours may be available to the right candidate. Livestock handling experience is not required.
