Stags is a well-established and well-regarded South West property firm with 22 offices and over 200 staff throughout the region, offering excellent workflow and support to employees. To facilitate both growth and succession within the existing business we are looking to appoint an additional surveyor to work across the Exeter and South Devon regions.
Workload will be primarily focused on servicing a strong and varied pipeline of rural professional work, including: Red Book valuations (loan security, tax and contentious); Landlord and Tenant work; wayleaves and easements; Basic Farm Payment and Countryside Stewardship; rural planning (alongside our specialist planning team). There is also the possibility of involvement with retained estate management clients.
The existing team is primarily based from Michelmore Hughes Stags’ Totnes Office, however for the right individual there may also be capacity to work from Stags’ Exeter Office.
The role will be an excellent fit for an ambitious qualified surveyor looking for a position with an established and well-regarded South West firm. However due to the size of the existing team and wider firm, the role could potentially be varied to suit a motivated graduate surveyor or more senior surveyor, depending on circumstances.
