Training & Development

When you join us at Stags, you can be assured that you are joining a business that understands the importance of developing people. We are a people business, we know that our most important and valuable resource is you.

We believe that delivering engaging training for both existing and new members of the Stags team ensures that all our staff are able to grow and develop, whichever office or part of the business you are in.

Of course, there will also be plenty of learning on-the-job and we are strong believers that hands-on experience, taking responsibility and early engagement with clients and customers, is the best way to learn and practice skills. To support you in this we deliver in-house training courses and also work with some exceptional training partners to deliver further professional skills.

External accreditations include, but are not restricted to, MRICS, ‘ARLA’, CAAV and MRTPI Qualifications.

So, when you join Stags, either in our Property Sales, Lettings, Agricultural or Professional Department you will receive a training package suited to you.
