TERMS OF LETTING The garage is available to let on a 12 month license agreement. RENT: 70.00 per calendar month. A tenant administration fee of £125.00 is payable. A DEPOSIT in the sum of £100.00 will be payable and held by Stags, as stakeholder, returning subject to ay deductions at the end of the tenancy.
DIRECTIONS From Wellington High Street, head southwest and turn right on to North Street. After quarter of a mile, turn left on to The Gables and then immediately left again up to the block of garages which will be seen on the right hand side.
