The picturesque village of Bossington lies within the Exmoor National Park and from Bossington Hill there are fantastic views overlooking Porlock Bay, Hurlstone Point and the sands of Minehead Bluff. The harbour of Porlock Weir is just under 3 miles distance and Minehead which has a more comprehensive range of shopping facilities and schooling is 5 miles away. The South West coast path is within easy reach and wonderful walks on Hurlstone Point.

The County town of Taunton, which is approximately 29 miles away, has extensive retail and commercial facilities, together with access to the M5 and a mainline station with fast trains to London. There are three independent schools, a theatre and the Somerset County Cricket Ground.

No 1 Bossington Green is a three bedroom semi detached cottage built in the early 1900's on land acquired from the Holnicote Estate. It was built by the current vendors' family and have always been in the same ownership since and therefore this is the first time the cottages have come to the market. As a result they are one of the few freehold properties in the village that is not owned by the National Trust. It has a good sized private garden to the rear and is in need of refurbishment. The cottage is situated within a conservation area.

DIRECTIONS
Travelling west on the A39 from Minehead, pass the turning on the right to Selworthy and when you reach a sharp left hand corner with a grass triangle, take the right turn sign posted Allerford and Bossington. Pass through Allerford and shortly after passing through the hamlet of Lynch you will reach the cottages on the right hand side before entering Bossington village itself.
