DESCRIPTION The Barns at Cudlipptown Farm consist of two traditional stone barns suitable for agricultural use.
The main barn, set over two stories, measures approximately 11.65m x 3.36m internally and is of exposed stone construction under a slate tile roof. The ground floor of the barn is split into two distinct sections by an internal stone wall, has an earth floor and two timber pedestrian doors along the northern elevation. The first floor is a hay loft with no access from the ground floor. The main barn includes an extension attached to the western elevation measuring approximately 4.45m x 4.67m with a timber pedestrian door and severely damaged wall and roof.
The second barn measures 7.60m x 3.96m and is of stone construction with timber rafters under a slate tile roof and has an earth floor. Please note that there are some large holes in the roof.
There is a small area of outside space included with a concrete pad to the front of the main barn. Parking for one vehicle is provided to the bottom of the yard (no heavy vehicles). The yard to the front of the main barn will be fenced along the boundary with a pedestrian gate providing access into the property (see Plan below).

ACCESS The barns are accessed from a country lane through a pair of metal gates leading down a steep gravel drive.
DIRECTIONS Coming off the A30 westbound at Sourton Down, drive 8.6 miles along the A386 towards Mary Tavy. Continue 1.6 miles then turn left into Harford Bridge. Continue along Langsford Road, through Peter Tavy and then turn right into a lane with a dead-end sign. Continue along this lane for 0.2 miles where the property will be found on your right-hand side.
