DESCRIPTION The cottage, which backs on to a stream at the rear, has a living room/kitchen on the ground floor, with a fitted kitchen, Rayburn within an old fireplace and space for a fridge and washing machine.
On the first floor is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
GARDEN The garden is to the front of the cottage, with a gate giving access to next door, there is a near level lawn enclosed with part stone walls flanked by herbaceous/shrub border and a fence to the other side. There is a small timber shed.

DIRECTIONS Approaching Southleigh from the west (Hare and Hounds to Seaton Road) continue for about 2.5 miles down the hill into the village, passing the church. At the bottom, go over the bridge and the house is on your left.
