On entering the village of Slapton drop down onto Brook Street, just before the sharp righthand corner before The Queens Arms public house and follow this road up out of the village. Keeping right and following the lane for over a mile continue past Buckland Cross and the entrance will be found about 500 yards on your right. Sat Nav WILL NOT get you to the right location.

You can also access the property from the A381. On the A381 there is a left hand turning called Stanborough Gate, take this turning and follow the road. You will pass the Dittiscombe Sign post with directions to Torcross and Slapton. Stay on this road and the property will be on your left hand-side. If you have reached Buckland Cross you have gone too far.
