This cluster of dilapidated connected former estate buildings present elevations of stone, brick, timber and steel beneath mainly corrugated iron roofs. Planning permission was granted by North Devon Council on the 24th November 2020 under planning reference 72120 for change of use and conversion of building to create a residential dwelling. The proposed plans allow for accommodation principally arranged over 1 level incorporating ENTRANCE LOBBY, HALL, OPEN PLAN LIVING/DINING ROOM/KITCHEN, UTILITY ROOM, 2 EN-SUITE BEDROOMS and 3rd BATHROOM. On the first floor there is a STUDY/OCCASIONAL BEDROOM 3. The proposed accommodation appears to cover 128 SQ M or 1377 SQ FT. Externally there is an initially shared access, turning bay and then private access with 2 parking bays and areas of garden mainly to the front of the property with a strip of land to part of the rear. The site covers approximately 0.197 of an acre.
