SITUATION
Talaton is a popular East Devon village maintaining a thriving community and offering a range of amenities, including a community run shop, pub, church and village hall. About 1.7 miles east is Feniton, where there is a small supermarket, well regarded Church of England primary school and mainline rail station on the London Waterloo line.
