Lakewell Cottage and Annexe sits in a prominent road side position sharing an access with a small seasonal, popular camping and caravan touring park. The cottage has a spacious chipped driveway allowing parking for several cars, ideal for boat, caravan or motor home storage.
This pretty, traditional cottage boasts a wealth of charm and traditional features with a large granite fireplace with open grate, low beam ceilings and double glazed windows.
The entrance porch leads into the spacious sitting/dining room with windows to the front and side. The kitchen has a window to the side, sink and drainer and a comprehensive range of Shaker style oak fronted base and wall cabinets with drawers and square edge work surfaces. There is an integral low level oven with a four ring hob and extractor over with space for a large American Style fridge/freezer. The inner hallway leads to the dining room and utiltiy. The utility room has a stable door to the rear garden and allows access to the shower room.
An additional reception room has traditional storage cupboards and window to the rear garden with a further hallway leading to two spacious ground floor bedrooms.

Proceed towards Goonhavern in an easterly direction on the A3075. At Perranwell continue down the hill and around the sharp bend. After approximately 150 yards turn left by the sign to Lakewell Cottage and Campsite. The cottage is on the right hand side as you turn into the shared driveway.
