Approximately three miles from the north coast holiday resort of Perranporth, Lakewell Cottage is situated on the fringe of the village of Goonhavern.

Lakewell Cottage and Annexe sits in a prominent road side position sharing an access with a small seasonal, popular camping and caravan touring park. The cottage has a spacious chipped driveway allowing parking for several cars, ideal for boat, caravan or motor home storage.

Proceed towards Goonhavern in an easterly direction on the A3075. At Perranwell continue down the hill and around the sharp bend. After approximately 150 yards turn left by the sign to Lakewell Cottage and Campsite. The cottage is on the right hand side as you turn into the shared driveway.
