DIRECTIONS
Leave the A30 at Launceston and at Pennygillam roundabout, take the exit to South Petherwin onto the B3254. Follow the road through South Petherwin and ignore the left hand turning to Trecrogo. Continue for approximately 1.65 miles and turn left signposted to Newtown 3/4 mile. After approximately 0.8 miles, go straight across the crossroads, and after 300m, turn left again signposted as unsuitable for long and wide vehicles. Continue to the bottom of the valley where the property will be found on the left hand side. Please Note: Sat Nav will take you to the neighbouring village of Larrick.
 
From Callington, take the A388 towards Launceston and approximately 1 mile after The Swingletree pub, take the left hand turning towards Bodmin on the B3257. Follow this road through Bray Shop and Coads Green. On reaching the crossroads at Congdons Shop, turn right towards Launceston. Take the first right hand turning signposted Illand and follow the road, taking the second left hand turning and the property will be found on the left hand side.
