DIRECTIONS
Entering Brixham on the A3022 follow signs for the harbour. At the traffic lights turn left signed to the harbour following the left hand side towards the harbour. Turn right at the junction on to The Strand, signed towards The Breakwater. Follow this road around the harbour as it joins King Street. Cross the mini roundabout on to Berry Head Road then after passing the marina and breakwater turn right on to Victoria Road, continue up the hill and take the first right onto Lands Road where you will find the property shortly on your right.
