A Tractor & Loader are available to assist unloading sale items and loading sale items on the Sale Day.
DIRECTIONS
From Junction 27 of the M5 proceed west on the A361 North Devon link road signposted to Tiverton and Barnstaple. After a short distance take the 1st exit signposted Sampford Peverell, turn left at the 1st roundabout and straight over the mini roundabout following signs to Sampford Peverell. Go through Sampford Peverell and and just after the village turn right signposted Uplowman. Follow signs into Uplowman and then follow ‘To the Sale Signs’ to the sale field.
ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRIES
The sale field will be open on Friday 12th July 9am - 4pm. All online lots mist be on site by 3pm
VAT
Please note that a number of the entries received are subject to VAT at 20%, details of each lots VAT details will be announced at the time of sale.
REFRESHMENTS
Mobile Catering will be in attendance.
CLEARANCE
All lots remain at the risk of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer and must be removed by 5.00pm Saturday 13th April 2024
BUYERS PREMIUM
10% Buyers Premium charged on all lots to a maximum of £200 per lot + VAT.

We are able to accept debit cards as well as cash or cheque

REGISTRATION
Please ensure that you register on the morning of the sale at the sales office and obtain a bidding number.
