Stags Residential Lettings Department are delighted to announce two forthcoming Buy To Let Updates that they are holding with partnering firms in Exeter and Truro. The events will be held on Thursday, 22nd October 2015 at The Devon Hotel, Exeter and Wednesday, 28th October 2015 at The Alverton Hotel, Truro.
Andrew Luxton MRICS FARLA, Partner in charge of Stags Residential Lettings, confirms that the two forthcoming events follow on from previous seminars held earlier in the year but, importantly includes the many changes to tax, legislation and compliance issues affecting landlords announced this year.
There is demand with a growing private rented sector for existing and new landlords to continually obtain advice regarding Buy To Let investment to include the type of property to buy, preferred locations, yields, tax advice and finance. Landlord legislation and the Buy To Let market are continually changing and it is vital that anyone contemplating an investment of this type is kept fully informed.
