Leave the M5 at J27 and take the A361 towards Tiverton. Take the 2nd exit signposted to Tiverton/Grand Western Canal, turn left at the top of the slip road and right at the roundabout onto Lea Road. Continue along this road and approximately 200 yards after passing the shops turn right signposted to Chettiscombe and Chevithorne. After passing over the dual carriageway turn immediately right, again signposted Chettiscombe and Chevithorne. Stay on this road and the property will be found after a short distance on the right.
