The valuation process was handled in a very professional yet friendly way by Gary Morris as were follow up conversations Jordan James was mainly assigned with the viewings of which there were many,mostly unsuccessful. He kept us informed of the outcome very promptly and handled our disappointments very well. He was again very professional throughout but very approachable and friendly and also humorous when things didn't always go to plan The negotiation of price when there was interest was conducted well. We did finally sell and this went well although the seizing price was lower than we wanted due to the economic climate. Noor was also particularly helpful when she dealt with us as was Alice.
