This giveaway runs from Monday 12th August 2024 until midnight on Monday 16th September 2024. Instant online valuations received after this time will not be entered into the giveaway draw. The winner must reside in one of the following counties in England - Cornwall, Devon, Somerset or Dorset. Only one entry is permitted per household.
By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so, you are the registered owner of the property that you are using the valuation tool for, and you agree to these terms and conditions. There is no entry fee and no purchase required. The competition is open to all homeowners aged 18 or over, except employees of Stags, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion, or their immediate family members. The winner must consent to present proof of age on being informed of their win.
The winner will be chosen at random and will be contacted by the end of September 2024, via the email address or phone number provided. The winner must confirm acceptance within 7 days of the date and time of initial contact from Stags informing them of their win. Should they not accept in time, their claim will become invalid and a new winner will be selected at random. There will only be one winner and one voucher given away.

The voucher is non-exchangeable. No cash or credit alternatives are available. If, due to circumstances beyond their control, Stags and The Headland Hotel and Spa, Cornwall are unable to provide the stated voucher, Stags reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal value.
Stags reserve the right to cancel or suspend the giveaway where necessary. Stags reserve the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit of the intention of the giveaway.
The winner agrees to the use of their name for promotional purposes. Stags must either publish or make available information that indicated that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Stags will disclose the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails
