This giveaway runs from Sunday 1st November 2026 until midnight on Monday 30th November 2026. Instant online valuations received after this time will not be entered into the giveaway draw. To qualify for entry, the property being valued must be owned by the entrant and located within Cornwall, Devon, Somerset or Dorset. Only one entry is permitted per household.
By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so, that you are the registered owner of the property submitted for valuation, and you agree to these terms and conditions. There is no entry fee and no purchase required. The competition is open to all homeowners aged 18 or over, except employees of Stags, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion, or their immediate family members. The winner must consent to present proof of age on being informed of their win.
The winner will be chosen at random and will be contacted by the end of December 2026 via the email address or phone number provided. The winner must confirm acceptance within 7 working days of the date and time of initial contact from Stags informing them of their win. Should they not accept in time, their claim will become invalid, and a new winner will be selected at random. There will only be one winner and one voucher given away.
The prize is a digital voucher for a 2-night stay in the Secret Suite with breakfast included at Gara Rock Hotel in Salcombe, South Devon. The voucher is valid until November 2027. Booking at the hotel is subject to availability.
The voucher is non-exchangeable. No cash or credit alternatives are available. If, due to circumstances beyond their control, Stags and Gara Rock Hotel are unable to provide the stated voucher, Stags reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal value.
Stags reserve the right to cancel or suspend the giveaway where necessary. Stags reserve the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit of the intention of the giveaway.
The winner agrees to the use of their name for promotional purposes. Stags must either publish or make available information that indicated that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Stags will disclose the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails [email protected] within one month after the closing date of the giveaway. Data received is not for the use of social media platforms or Gara Rock Hotel.
If you object to the sharing of any or all of your surname and country, please contact Stags. In such circumstances, Stags must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
