Update: West Country property market - 20th March 2020
The West Country property market got off to a bristling start in 2020 with more valuations, instructions and new sales than the previous year.
However, not surprisingly given the current Coronavirus outbreak the market has begun to slow down slightly over the last few weeks. That being said our offices are still busy with properties going “under offer” and exchanging contracts, which is good news for our clients and staff.
