We’re thrilled to announce that Philip Doble, of our professional services team based in Totnes, continues Stags’ exceptional APC pass rate by passing his APC exams and has become a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer. He is now able to use the MRICS accreditation which recognises his hard work and represents the gold standard for surveyors.
Philip completed his degree at Harper Adams University where he also gained valuable experience during a placement year assisting with the operations of a traditional rural estate in Hampshire before joining Stags in August 2024.
His Supervisor, Richard Morris, had the following to say: “Philip’s dedication, application and hard work has reaped the rewards of membership of the RICS alongside also becoming a Registered Valuer.”
