The Professional Services team at Stags Tiverton have been instructed to complete open market lettings of three separate farms with a combined area of just under 1,000 acres. The three farms are located across Devon and Somerset and instructions were received from three separate clients.
Both South Hill Farm and Court Farm are located in North Devon, with many applicants interested in both holdings. South Hill Farm comprises 106 acres of pasture and arable land along with 9,000ft2 of farm buildings and is available as a whole on a 5-year Farm Business Tenancy from the 1st July 2021. Three viewing days have been held and strong interest has been received.
Court Farm in Bishops Tawton amounts to 368 acres of pasture and arable land and boasts a range of farm buildings. The farm is available as a whole or in four lots to let on a 5-year Farm Business Tenancy from the 29th September 2021. Considerable interest has been received from both local and further afield applicants with the first viewing day being fully booked.
In addition to the lettings, Stags has also been instructed to complete farm sales at both farms which will be held by the Stags Agriculture department in the coming months.
As well as the two farms in North Devon, the department has also been instructed to let Land and Buildings at Dunster Estate in North Somerset. The holding extends to a total of 478 acres of pasture and arable land and also has 21,000ft2 of farm buildings. The holding is available as a whole or in five lots on a 4-year Farm Business Tenancy from the 1st October 2021 and the deadline for tenders is the 28th July 2021.
