Claire Pile, Associate Partner, MARLA, is pleased to welcome Charles Dudley to our Stags team as Lettings Manager of the portfolio across Mid Devon and Exmoor.
Charles has worked in the lettings industry for over five years and prides himself on his varied experience having worked in the letting market both in London and the South West. Born and raised in the Exe Valley, Charles brings a wealth of local knowledge and insight.
Charles, working alongside Hannah Slade and supported by both Claire Pile and Lauren Cooper at the Tiverton office, focuses on delivering the highest level of customer service to both landlords and tenants throughout the letting process. “With continued changes to legislation and compliance within the private rented sector more landlords than ever are looking to seek the assistance of an agent to help let and/or manage their property. The rental market in Tiverton, and its surrounding areas, continue to see a flurry of activity particularly in the £700-£1,300 per calendar month range, with properties in this bracket attracting significant interest. Many landlords are exploring alternatives to short term holiday letting while others, unable to sell their properties immediately, are turning to letting for medium-term option. However, the supply continues to be outweighed by demand.
