The commission will be charged according to the price achieved: 5% per lot that sells between £1 to £1,000, 3.75% per lot from £1,001 to £5,000, and 2.5% per lot over £5,000 per item plus VAT. The commission is inclusive of all organising and advertising costs. There are NO ENTRY FEES, but a minimum commission of £10 per lot will be charged for all lots sold. If a lot is unsold and the items are not collected from the sale site, there will be a clearance fee charged.

Westpoint Arena is situated within two miles of the M5 junction 30. Parking is also completely FREE.
The sale site will be open for the delivery of lots on Monday 8th February, from 10.00am -5.00pm and on Tuesday 9th February, from 9.00am- 3.00pm. Any lots wishing to be listed online MUST be in the field by 3pm on Tuesday, 9th February. A telehandler will be available to assist with unloading larger items; the unloading of items is entirely at the risk of the vendor. Please note that the auctioneers reserve the right to refuse or include items for webcast bidding at their discretion.
All unsold lots must be cleared from the sale site by 3pm on Thursday, 11th February. If a lot is unsold and the items are not collected from the sale site within the designated time, there will be a clearance fee charged.
All lots must be paid for on the day of the sale, and no lots are permitted to be removed from the saleground before payment has been made unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with the Auctioneers. We are able to accept cash (the maximum permitted due to money laundering regulations is £7000), bank transfer, cheque, and debit card. Please note that payments by Business Credit Cards will be subject to a 2% surcharge. Our bank account details are Sort Code: 40-20-30 Account Number: 71697900.

Prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves prior to making bids as to the condition of any lot and should rely on their own judgment and not the auctioneer's or vendor's description.
Please ensure that you register on the morning of the sale at the sales office and obtain a bidding number. All buyers unknown to the auctioneers must bring with them two forms of identification. Acceptable identification includes a driving licence, passport, utility bills, proof of address and business card. We recommend that all prospective purchasers visit the Stags website and click on the terms of business and read the LAA (Livestock Auctioneers Association) Standard Conditions of Sale, which we use to sell machinery and implements ahead of the sale. Please note that when you complete the registration form, you are agreeing to the effect that you have read and agree and abide by LAA (Livestock Auctioneers Association) Standard Conditions of Sale.
The vendors and Stags will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone attending the sale. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents from occurring. All persons entering the saleground do so at their own risk, and must comply with the requirements of any Health and Safety notices and guidelines. All persons entering the saleground are hereby given notice that there are significant risks due to vehicle movement, nature of the premises and the way the equipment is displayed. No vehicle should enter the lot layout areas whilst the sale is still in progress without express permission of the auctioneers. Permission from the auctioneers is required ahead of starting machinery, vehicles, or any powered equipment. Any incidents or accidents on the saleground must be reported to Stags' sales office immediately. To be clear, Stags cannot be held liable for any injury or damage to persons or property arising out of their negligence.
Please note that a number of the entries received are subject to VAT at 20%. Details of each lot's VAT will be announced at the time of sale.
ONSITE BIDDERS: 10% Buyers Premium charged on all lots purchased onsite to a maximum of £250 per lot + VAT (£300).
ONLINE BIDDERS: 12.5% Buyers Premium charged on all lots purchased online to a maximum of £500 per lot + VAT (£600).
