 Description of Lots

Prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves before making bids as to the condition of any lot and should rely on their own judgement and not the auctioneer's or vendor's description. All lots in this sale are sold as untested, and the auctioneers have little knowledge of their history or working condition.

 Collection and Clearance

It is strongly advised that all items purchased are collected within 14 days of the auction closing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasers should, in all cases, make collection within four weeks of the conclusion of the auction unless other terms are stipulated at the time of sale or prior arrangements have been made.  Should an item not be collected within four weeks of the sale closing, the vendor must notify the auctioneer, who will issue a two-week collection letter by post and email. If, after the two-week collection letter has been issued and no arrangements have been made by the purchaser with the vendor to collect the item, the purchaser risks forfeiting the item if it is not collected and loses the right to claim it or be reimbursed. Arrangements between the purchaser and seller to collect items at a later date (after four weeks of the conclusion of the sale closing) should be put in writing and the auctioneers notified.
