Another great entry of over 380 lots across the South West, with demand remaining strong throughout the sale.
Topping the cattle we saw a Shorthorn x Heifer with a Charolais x Calf reach £2,500, after receiving plenty of attention both throughout the sale and on the night. The sheep yet again saw a strong trade with a Pedigree Dutch Spotted Ewe Lamb selling for £930, who will be making her journey from South Dorset to West Somerset. Couples also sold particularly well with 4 Suffolk x Ewe Hoggs & 4 Chartex x Lambs, achieving £155 per life. Topping the horses, we saw a 14.3hh Mare & Colt Foal reaching £2,800 after the lot received over 600 views. Poultry also sold exceptionally well, with a Pair of Buff Dewlap Toulouse Geese at £300. Despite the fodder season coming to a close, topping the sale, we saw 40 conventional bales of 2025 hay reach £203.
