Keep up to date with the latest Stags news
The Stags Residential Lettings teams from South Hams, Exeter, and East Devon were delighted to attend Exeter City Council’s Rent Smart Devon event, held at Exeter Racecourse. Following our participation in a similar event in Mid Devon, it’s clear that the Renters’ Rights Bill remains a key focus, with many landlords eager to learn more and better understand the upcoming changes. The event not only bought together landlords but also provided an opportunity for fellow professionals from across the sector to share information on various property related topics.
Claire Pile, Associate Partner, commented:
“We know the Bill is likely to become law in the coming months, so it's essential that landlords are well prepared. It really is encouraging to see so many landlords taking proactive steps to understand not only what the changes will mean once implemented, but also what actions they may need to take now. While we are still waiting for further clarification on some of the finer details, we do have a solid overview of what’s expected and the key reforms being introduced. At Stags, our goal is to support landlords, offering expert advice and guidance to help them navigate the changes with confidence.”
If you are a landlord who is concerned about what the upcoming changes could mean for you, or if you have any other lettings-related queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our knowledgeable team.
