Stags’ Tiverton Professional Services team continues to grow

The Tiverton Professional Services department continues to go from strength to strength following further recent growth. The team provide a range of professional advice on matters including red book and expert witness valuations, renewable energy, landlord & tenant, development land and estate management across Mid, North and West Devon.
Matthew is a Professional Partner and Head of Tiverton Professional Services. Matthew has been at Stags since 2021 and is primarily involved with RICS Red Book Valuations, development land consultancy and agency, renewable energy and estate management. He also heads up the Stags APC training programme.
Alex is Managing Partner and Head of Professional Services. Alex joined Stags in 1995 and is an accredited expert witness and RICS Registered valuer. His main area of work is in formal valuations, often as an expert witness, providing valuations for both residential and agricultural property for a variety of purposes including matrimonial, civil procedure, partnership dissolution as well as RICS Red Book Valuations for all purposes including inheritance, capital gains taxation, SIPP, Charities Act and secured lending.
Jessica is a Rural Chartered Surveyor primarily completing RICS Red Book Valuations of residential and agricultural property across the area. Prior to joining Stags, Jess worked for a national firm providing general rural professional estate management work across the South West. Jessica also assists with the Stags APC training programme.
Libby is a Graduate Rural Surveyor who joined Stags in 2024. Libby undertakes a variety of rural professional work and knows the area well having grown up on the family dairy farm in Mid Devon.
Charlotte moved to the Tiverton office from Totnes in September. Charlotte assists with the management of rural estates, advising on grants and stewardship schemes alongside general rural professional work. Charlotte grew up and continues to live on Exmoor.
Holly is the team Administrator and joined Stags in September having previously worked as a Legal Secretary at a firm of Solicitors in Crediton. Holly provides administrative support for the whole team.
