Stags strengthens the Residential Lettings Department with three new appointments

Stags is delighted to announce the appointment of three new managers joining our experienced lettings team. Stags prides itself in the service it provides whether to a first-time landlord or seasoned Buy to Let investor and feels these three new members of staff will help to deliver this and further confirm the growth of the department over recent years.
 

Tess Wigram joined as the Lettings Manager of our Exeter Branch. Having worked within the industry for over 10 years she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Letting and Property Management. Tess prides herself on offering a high level of customer service ensuring both Landlords and Tenants have an excellent experience throughout the letting process. Having grown up in Bovey Tracey and studied at Exeter University, Tess is extremely knowledgeable about both the city and the surrounding area making her well placed to advise on a diverse range of property.
 

Andrew Harris joined as the Residential Lettings Manager for the Tiverton and Dulverton offices, advising landlords across Mid Devon and Exmoor. He has worked in the industry for over 10 years and in 2015 completed his technical award in residential lettings and property management to become a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Born and raised in Mid Devon, Andrew brings a wealth of local knowledge and combined with his letting experience makes him superbly placed to advise both landlords and tenants.
 

Jasper van der Zalm has joined as the North Devon Residential Lettings Manager. Jasper will be primarily based in the Barnstaple office but will be linking with the Bideford and South Molton offices. For the last 4 years Jasper has been working for a local agency group as Lettings Manager where he built and grew the letting business whilst managing the diverse town and rural property portfolio. He has experience with letting all types of residential property in the area using his knowledge to advise investor landlords or those renting their own home.
