Stags is delighted to announce the recent purchase of the Skye Letting portfolio, which has been long established in the Mid Devon area. Due to a change in circumstances, the owners felt it was time to consider a sale and wanted to ensure that this was to a firm who could provide a quality service to their landlords and tenants.
The portfolio, mainly comprising modern Tiverton town property, will now be incorporated into the Stags Tiverton office and managed by the experienced team of Claire Pile MARLA, Andrew Harris MARLA, Annabel Milton and Lauren Cooper, supported by a dedicated accounts department who deal with all of the financial transactions. As licensed members of ARLA and RICS, as well as members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, Stags can provide reassurance and peace of mind to all landlords.
