Keep up to date with the latest Stags news
At the end of April, Stags attended the annual London and Country Property Show, held at the iconic Chelsea Old Town Hall. Organised by The London Office, the event brought together member firms from across the UK, offering a unique opportunity for those considering a move from the capital to explore life in the countryside.
The show continues to be a key event for prospective buyers looking to relocate, giving them the chance to meet face-to-face with regional property experts, learn more about the market, and refine their property search criteria—all while enjoying a welcoming atmosphere and refreshments from across the nation.
Representing Stags this year were James Baker, Partner, and Frances Elgar, Senior Sales Negotiator. They were on hand to welcome both longstanding clients and new faces, sharing their in-depth knowledge of the South West property market and showcasing the exceptional homes available throughout the region.
We had good conversations with several buyers who expressed an interest in purchasing property in the West Country. It was also useful to hear from fellow agents across the UK, many of whom noted that the market remains price-sensitive. Encouragingly, there were reports that the property market in the South East is beginning to pick up—signs of wider market movement that bode well for the months ahead.
As always, the show proved a valuable experience for our team, not only in meeting motivated buyers but also in exchanging insights with like-minded professionals from around the country.
