Stags launches new Architectural Services division
Stags Professional Services department is excited to announce the launch of its new Architectural division, which will be headed up by Nathaniel Morris. Based in our Exeter office, Nathaniel will be responsible for developing this side the business.
Having spent the previous four years with Acorus Rural Property Services, working on a range of rural design projects across the South West, Nathaniel has extensive experience within the construction industry and has been fortunate enough to play a key role in numerous high-specification developments. Nathaniel is well-versed on permitted development rights, in particular Class Q, and has extensive experience with barn conversions.
After completing his degree in Architecture at the University of Kent, Nathaniel spent time working within the steel reinforcement and timber engineering industries before making the move to architecture. He has since worked on several prestigious projects including both Crossrail and the new American Embassy in London.
Nathaniel is currently a member of The Design Review Panel, for whom he provides impartial expert advice to both applicants and local authorities on design issues in relation to important new developments.
Stags is now able to offer a comprehensive architectural service from inception to completion, including:
• Ascertaining client brief and feasibility of development
• Design development and submission of planning applications
• 3D visualisations
• Production of construction drawings and obtaining building regulations approval
• Project management
