Stags is delighted to be attending the London and Country Property Show

After a two-year hiatus, Stags is delighted to be attending the London and Country Property Show at Chelsea Old Town Hall on the 10th May.

This key event will be hosted by The London Office and feature 20 independent regional estate agents from across the country exhibiting their properties to buyers who are planning a move away from London and the Home Counties.

It is clear that recent years have seen many people reassess their property requirements, continue to work from home and move out of city locations. The West Country has been at the forefront of this wave and we continue to experience an ever-increasing number of new buyers talking to us about their move. Therefore, the opportunity to take our clients’ properties directly to this audience is one that should not be missed. We will be on hand to discuss specific properties, provide advice on life in the South West and explain why it is a such a great place to live. A selection of central London agents will also be present to advise on the ‘first step’ of selling the London home.

It is likely that this will be one of the first in-person property exhibitions in some time and interest is expected to be high. In order to maximise this, the show will be broadly publicised through Country Life, Country and Town House Magazine and a variety of London publications and social media channels.

Charles Hunt, Stags Senior Partner, says:

“This really is an important event for London residents who long to swap their metropolitan lives for the quality of life and beautiful scenery of the West Country. We have traditionally made contact with a number of motivated buyers at previous shows and this year is expected to be even busier.”
