Stags, the West Country property experts, has announced several promotions.

Nick Smith has been promoted to Partner. Nick manages Stags Residential department in Exeter, where he and his team have achieved great success. He has developed his career in Stags over the years, beginning as a negotiator and then becoming the manager of Stags Holiday Complexes department, before taking on his current role.
Matt Wilcox, in charge of the Tiverton Professional Services department and Ed Thorne, Holiday Complexes department manager, have both been promoted to Associate Partners.
Emily Williams manages the Lettings department in Truro, as does Lara Crawley in Taunton, and have both become Associates.
Those also promoted to Associates are Luke Miller, Trevor Vare, Jonathan Mowday, Stephen Boundy, Sally Blowey, Jasper Van Der Zalm and Lara Palfrey.
At the same time, current Partner Andrew Luxton has been appointed Senior Partner. Andrew is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and Auctioneer, having been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for over 25 years and a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. In addition to his Partnership roles, his primary role is to oversee the Residential Lettings, Property Management and Commercial departments covering all 22 offices.
