Stags is delighted to announce the strengthening of its North Devon Lettings Department with the appointment of Emilie Clarke as Residential Lettings Manager. Emilie joins Stags following almost 10 years working for a well-established local agency in Ilfracombe. During her career, she has built a strong reputation for delivering excellent customer service, managing a wide range of residential properties whilst working closely with both landlords and tenants, overseeing the entire letting process.
Emilie brings with her comprehensive lettings experience, local knowledge and strong customer service skills, combined with a friendly, hardworking and methodical approach. She particularly enjoys building positive relationships with clients and navigating more complex situations, ensuring tenancies run smoothly and efficiently. With a keen interest in property legislation, and as it is more important than ever, Emilie keeps up to date with the latest changes, applying her knowledge to ensure full compliance and a high standard of service. She also values the variety the role offers, particularly the opportunity to visit many of the beautiful homes across North Devon.
