Leading West Country property specialists, Stags, are proud to announce the appointment of Claire Pile as Partner.
The promotion recognises both her individual achievements and the firm’s long standing approach to supporting internal career progression.
Claire joined Stags in 2007 and has built an extensive career within the Lettings department. During this time, she has gained experience across the full range of lettings roles and disciplines, starting on the ‘front desk’ and working her way toward qualifying as a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and gaining promotion to Associate Partner in 2015. Her recent appointment to the Partnership reflects her ongoing contribution to the success and growth of Stags’ Lettings division.
In her role as Head of Residential Lettings, Claire plays a key role in the department’s development as well as supporting colleagues across Stags’ network of offices. She provides training and technical guidance to Lettings teams, ensuring consistently high standards of service for both landlords and tenants. In 2025 she also oversaw the integration of Beacon Lee & Ward lettings into Stags, the firm having purchased the business.

Claire’s appointment comes at a time of continued demand across the lettings market, with Stags focused on strengthening its people and infrastructure to support landlords and tenants alike.
