A recent ‘Happy at Home’ study undertaken by Rightmove has named Plymouth and the surrounding area in the top 20 happiest places to live in the South West.
The Plymouth team have seen rapid demand for properties in the area along with surrounding coastal towns and villages. Two examples of recent success include properties located in seaside areas which attracted both local buyers as well as out of area second home seekers.
