Stags is delighted to announce that both Jack Harley and Guy Wilson have recently passed their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) at their first attempt.
As newly-qualified surveyors, Jack and Guy join Stags’ qualified professionals operating throughout the South West, expanding the team of RICS-qualified individuals to 30, along with two further trainee surveyors.
Jack works from Stags Exeter and Michelmore Hughes Stags in Totnes, covering a mixture of estate management and professional services work and is looking forward to both increasing his involvement with existing retained clients and taking on clients of his own.
Guy works in Stags Wellington and will now be looking to focus primarily on professional services work to include planning, valuations, landlord and tenant matters, compulsory purchase, grant schemes and Basic Payment Scheme work.
