With over 6,500 views online, 37 bids including 7 parties battling it out, culminating in a final price of £291,000 on a guide of £200,000.
Just listed, with end dates in April and early May, are South Mill House, Stockland near Honiton a substantial listed Mill for renovation with a range of barns in over 4 acres guided at £500,000.
