Most recently a mixed use residential and commercial property in Dartmouth sold for £377,000 just over reserve. Quickly followed by Trixies Barn, Nr Chulmleigh, a barn with detailed planning consent, which attracted a vast amount of interest. With over 6,500 views online, 37 bids including 7 parties battling it out, culminating in a final price of £291,000 on a guide of £200,000.

Just listed, with end dates in April and early May, are South Mill House, Stockland near Honiton a substantial listed Mill for renovation with a range of barns in over 4 acres guided at £500,000. Kindle cottage in Stokeinteignhead, South Devon, which is split in 2 lots, with the main cottage being Lot 1 - a character Grade II Listed cottage requiring modernisation guided at £325,000, and Lot 2 - land and Stables guided at £100,000. Land at Newland Cross, North Tawton a modern farm building and 1.8 acres with a guide of £75,000, and lastly 7 Eton Road, St Austell a 5 bedroom detached for updating and remodelling, guided at £200,000 - £220,000.
